MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA

See what maintenance is due next without rebuilding the list by hand

We bring service history, run hours, and manufacturer intervals together so your team can see what maintenance is due next and prepare the related work order list.

MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA (owner: Kosei Izumida) is a Japan-based AI organisation. We work on site as Forward Deployed Engineers and turn the paperwork and spreadsheets people use today into a mechanism that works.

Input: service and usage records

Service history, run-hour readings, manufacturer interval tables, asset list

Output: schedule and work order list

Next due date per task, work order lines, items with missing history

The problem on site

Service dates may be in one spreadsheet, run hours in another report, and manufacturer intervals in PDFs. Someone has to bring all of that together by hand, so a missed service interval may only become obvious after a breakdown.

How we proceed

  1. Choose ten assets and share their service records and the manufacturer interval documents.
  2. We write down how each task becomes due, such as by run hours, calendar days, or whichever comes first.
  3. We compare the due list with what your technicians say was actually due.
  4. Once the results line up, the remaining assets can be added.

What the MIRAI FDE can do

We bring the service history, run hours, and manufacturer intervals into one schedule showing what is due next and the reason it is due. Each item can then be listed for a work order with the asset, task, and last completion date beside it.

Common questions

What if our service history has gaps?
We list the gaps for someone to confirm. We do not fill missing history with guesses.
Does it assign technicians?
Not at first. We prepare the work order lines, and your planner decides who will do the work.

Scope and boundaries

We do not connect to machine controls or order spare parts. Pricing, contracts, and final decisions rest with the owner.

Send a sample input and a short description of the current flow, and we will tell you what is in scope.
